Richmond Classical Guitar Society

RCGS is  there for anyone who plays Classical Guitar at any level - just come along and join in one of our meetings. We have a mixture of players and experience, from professionals to beginners. Everyone is encouraged to play, even if it's something you're just beginning to learn, or have never played in public before! We usually drink tea, eat biscuits, play some easy ensembles, play whatever solo we're working on and chat a lot! We pay £2 each towards hire of the hall.

Meetings run from 7 - 9 pm on the last Sunday of every month and are held in Skeeby Village Hall, DL10 5DY.

Any new members  wanting any more information about joining the society, please contact me on 01748-850007 or 07901 892735.

Steve Kirby's Waltz and Susato's Sieben Tanze are now on the Sheet Music page. Listen to Steve's Waltz below!

Music from the first meeting, 25th September, is available on the Sheet Music page. A lovely version of Habanera, and some arrangements by Andrew Forrest - do look at his website - he has written many excellent pieces and arrangements for guitar ensemble:
